Counseling is an investment, but should also be doable. Ask about my sliding fee scale, and insurance reimbursement process!

03 — “do you accept insurance?”

While I am managed care-free, I do have a responsive sliding fee scale and am insurance-friendly! This means that no one dictates your care but you.

I provide you with completed reimbursement docs. You submit to your in-network company. Done.

04 — “I’m nervous about starting counseling. got any advice?”

Start slow. A 15 minute chat includes some basic questions like:

• Who are you? What are you passionate about?

• Have you ever received counseling? If no, why not? If yes, what was your experience like?

• What led to you reaching out to me?
